Jim Harris
President, Plug and Play Partners, LLC
Jim founded Plug and Play Partners, LLC with the mission of helping early-stage tech companies launch and grow. He and his team provide fractional and interim C-level support to these companies including: capital raise activities, strategic plan creation, competitive analysis and positioning, product launches, team development, and more.
An MBA graduate from University of Michigan and physics major at Hamilton College, he has a significant venture capital, fundraising, strategic, and technology background. He also has P&L experience at large firms and emerging brands in Software, Audio, EdTech, Government, FinTech, and Transportation. Jim has launched and grown over a dozen tech companies, with multiple successful exits. He has also assisted midsize companies with strategic planning and execution.
Jim enjoys the challenges of starting and growing companies, along with building the teams necessary for success.
